F O R E V E R ∞ on We Heart It. http://weheartit.com/entry/29431300

Kaidan lowered the book and glanced across the cabin to where Shepard lay sleeping peacefully, for once.  He had found the miniature volume of poetry when he had straightened up the datapads and dossiers scattered across her desk in order to use the private terminal, had recognized it as the same book Shepard had carefully retrieved from one of the pockets of her fatigues as the Normandy had sped away from Earth on Invasion Day.

At first he had riffled the pages just to remember what holding a real, physical book felt like, but a corner of what turned out to be his picture had slid from where Shepard had hid it.  He let the book fall open, the pages parting exactly to the poem his image rested beside as if the volume had spent many hours opened to that single page.

Reading the words there had made several tendrils reach out and squeeze his insides as he sank into her chair, his knees weak and his heart pounding.

He didn’t know how long he had been sitting there staring at the poem when he felt a gentle hand on his shoulder.  She had been so quiet in her approach—or perhaps he had been so out of it—that the sudden, unexpected contact startled him.  He swallowed the lump that had been lodged in his throat, set the book down, and gathered her into his lap, holding her tight and pressing his face into her pulse thrumming steadily at the base of her neck.

Reblog if you honestly don’t care about anyone’s sexuality or gender identity

I mean I care, but care in a good way

Ditto.

I hope people understand the difference when I say I’m curious, but I don’t care. I do want to know how a person is comfortable thinking about themselves as well as how they wish to be referred to by others, but other than that, it shouldn’t matter. To anyone.

I think the only time I don’t care is when people try to shove it down my throat. I have met a few people like that. I met a guy that was gay once and he tried to shock me with it then was floored when I wasn’t phased by it. My expression was pretty much “Cool Story Bro”

I like to know stuff about people. I like to believe I am pretty open minded. I treat most people with respect til they do something to warrant other wise.If you treat me like a good person , I will do the same no matter what your orientations are.

2 sayings I have always lived by and taught my son.

“Judge not lest ye be judged and found wanting “

“Do unto others as you would do unto yourself”

Kasumi chuckled as he poked her. “I’ve been told I have an impressive backside for a tiny Japanese girl,” she replied just as teasingly. She wondered what his reaction would be when he saw her in her skin-tight thief uniform.

She grinned at him as he continued to crack jokes…

OOHHHH BATH TIME TOGETHER ??? *eyebrow waggle!!* I’m shameless I admit it =D
